The Samsung Galaxy Fold made news three months ago after the South Korean mobile company had to re-consider the launch of the Smartphone. The initial launch on April 26 was postponed due to an issue with the Fold‘s plastic screen. Looks all good, this time around so far.
The Phone is receiving a very good response from the South Korean customer fan base and is selling like a good luck charm after its launch on September 6. And Samsung is now all set for the phone’s official launch in the US.
The information comes from Evan Blass‘s Twitter handle, where they shared a screenshot taken from one of their follower. The image shows the user’s conversation with an AT&T representative who pitched the device’s arrival during this week itself.
As has been stated by the AT&T representative, the Galaxy Fold is likely be launched on September 27 in the US, priced at $1980. But you must take this info with a grain of salt, considering the company reps may not always have the accurate info.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold won’t make its way through all the regions and countries. As was stated by Samsung earlier, other than South Korea, the Samsung Galaxy Fold will be launched in the United States, France, Germany, Singapore and UK.
That’s all we have for now, whether the phone will be a AT&T exclusive in the US or will be sold through other channels as well, that’s yet to be seen. Rest assured, if we receive any further information, this post will be updated at the earliest.
