The Realme X, launched way back in May 2019 remains a solid mid-range device even today. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 710 comes with 4-8GB of RAM and storage options starting from 64GB going all the way to 256GB.

The device has been pretty well updated though its life. The device launched with Android 9 Pie and has since been updated to Android 10-based Realme UI. Last we saw the device get a bug-fix update not too long ago.

Today, Realme is adding a feather to its updates cap by rolling out yet another update to the Realme X. This update brings the June 2020 Android security patch update along with a few more enhancements to the Realme X experience and a few bug fixes.

Some of the highlights of this update is the fact that this update brings support for PaySa for users in India, Heyfun for the same market, and lockscreen charging animations along with a few other enhancements.

The other changes that come with this update, RMX1901EX_11.C.04 are highlighted in the following changelog.

As this is an OTA, it will be rolled out to eligible devices in phases. As such, it might be a moment or two before you get the update on your device. Users of the Realme X are therefore advised to sit tight and await the update to hit their devices.
