Realme extended the Narzo series’ potential to later have it established as a gaming-centric sub-brand of the company.

With a powerful processor and blazing fast charging speed, Narzo 20 Pro immediately became the top choice for buyers.

The USP of this device remains the 65W fast charging, something that no other brand has been able to equip at this price range.

The Realme UI 2.0 (Android 11) update has made its way to multiple Narzo 20 Pro users already.

The chunky update has troubled users in the past and it still continues to do so. It is the Narzo 20 Pro users who have taken the hit this time.

Frustrated users have moved to social media channels of Realme to complain about the slow charging speed issue that has recently been triggered on Narzo 20 Pro handsets.

The charging brick that comes bundled with the device doesn’t charge the device as quickly as it once used to.

Which is a pity for a device that was advertised extensively for its 65W superfast charging.

For those who are wondering what potential does a 65W brick have in store, well, it is claimed to charge the device to full capacity in just 37 mins.

From what it appears, this has something to do with the Realme UI 2.0 (Android 11) C.04 update that was aired not long ago.

A community device team member has acknowledged the issue and assures that the query has been passed on to the devs.

Hi,
Auto brightness is working perfectly fine. And about the charging speed, it is a known issue.

The Android 11 update has not only compromised the charging speed but has posed issues to the battery as well.

Some users have complaints regarding poor battery performance where users aren’t getting enough juice to power the phone to run throughout the day.

This, however, is understandable as the update is still tagged as a beta version. Being on a beta version and bug encounter go hand in hand but we hope Realme quickly resolves the Narzo 20 Pro slow charging issue.

While more devices have started bagging the Android 11 update, many more such complications will continue to obstruct the performance.
