Realme 7 Pro is a power-pact offering by the company to compete against Xiaomi’s Redmi Note series and Samsung’s M series last year.

Launching with Android 10-based Realme UI on top makes the device upgradable to as high as Android 12.

While Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 is under works, the device has been the center of attraction for hot debates lately.

Even though the company was quick to announce the Android 11 program for the device, it only brought disappointment to the users.

Talking about the missing features, the company doesn’t miss any chance of advertising the AOD customization and Edge Lighting features but unfortunately, hasn’t lived up to the hype.

4 months into beta testing, Realme 7 Pro users’ dreams had almost got shattered upon hearing that these features may never make it to the device.

But as we move closer to the stable Android 11 update, device owners now see some ray of hope heading their way.

In a recent revelation, Realme customer support states that the developers are trying to pack the AOD customizations and Edge Lighting along with the stable Realme UI 2.0 (Android 11) update.

The company CEO had a poll before Realme 7 Pro’s launch to understand which screen would users prefer, a high refresh rate or an OLED panel.

The brand respected the opinion of the masses, opening a whole new level of AOD customization possibilities for the device.

Madhav Sheth had also affirmed that they may eventually add the missing AOD customization and Edge Lighting feature to Realme 7 Pro if that’s what the majority wishes.

Nevertheless, this never came true and we witnessed a confusing RAM-less display theory.

But after Realme support’s claim, it looks like the AOD customization suspense may finally come to an end with the rollout of stable Android 11 for Realme 7 Pro.

Important to note is that when it comes to counting reliable sources, Realme support doesn’t make it to the list.

Therefore, it is advised to take this news with a pinch of salt. If the company has actually decided to roll out this feature, we will know it soon.

Realme Narzo 20 recently received the stable Android 11 update and going by the pattern, stable Android 11 update for Realme 7 Pro doesn’t seem far away.
