Original story (from April 10) follows:

Realme has its foot on the pedal in delivering the Realme UI (Android 10) update. The Chinese OEM has made the update available for a bunch of its devices while there are few that are waiting for it.

Among those few, Realme 3i and Realme 3, which was launched back in early 2019, are in the pipeline to get the Realme UI (Android 10) update this month.

The Realme UI beta registration for both the Realme 3i and Realme 3 began on April 3, 2020, and it has been recently closed. And as a perk for early adopters who were successful in registering for the beta registration of Realme 3i and 3, a new update with version A.27 was rolled out.

While Realme 3i and Realme 3 users are waiting for the stable Realme UI (Android 10) updates on their units, as per a recent report, Realme support has stated that they have already released the update on April 09. Being a phased rollout, it will first reach out to limited devices, followed by a wider release in the coming days.

This information was shared by one of the Realme 3 users while having a chat with the Realme customer service:

Point to note is that, although the Realme support says that the update has been pushed on April 09, we haven’t come across any reports from the Realme 3i and Realme 3 users stating they received the update, as of yet.

Taking a closer look, what we can see is that the users are only inquiring as to when they will get the beta update, and why the OTA has been delayed. But we’re keeping a continuous track and will update in case we stumble upon any user reports.
