Pokemon Sword & Shield : 5 New Pokemon & Galarian Moltres, Galarian Zapdos, Galarian Articuno coming with Expansion pass

‘Pokemon Sword and Shield’ game was released on November 15, 2019. The game introduced the Galar region & many new Pokemon. You can check out the complete Galar region Pokedex by heading here. However, the Pokemon Sword & Shield game is only available on the Nintendo Switch Platform.

Pokemon Sword & Shield game has also added many Galarian Pokemon to the game. Galarian forms are similar to Alolan forms, they came into existence with the change in the surrounding environment. Pokemon Sword & Shield have added the following Galarian Pokemon to the game.

Galarian Zigzagoon, Galarian Linoone, Galarian Meowth, Galarian Farfetch’d, Galarian Stunfisk, Galarian Corsola, Galarian Weezing, Galarian Yamask, Galarian Ponyta, Galarian Rapidash, Galarian Mr. Mime, Galarian Darumaka, Galarian Darmanitan.

Well, today a few new Galarian Pokemon have been announced for the game during the Nintendo Direct stream. The following list of Galarian Pokemon will be added to the game: Galarian Slowpoke, Galarian Slowking, Galarian Moltres, Galarian Zapdos, Galarian Articuno.

However, all these Pokemon are only available under expansion pass or DLC. Apart from the introduction of Galarian forms, a new Pokemon have also made entry under the expansion pass. The following list of new Pokemon will be available for the expansion pass users. Expansion Pass is coming under two parts: Isle of Armor ( Part 1) and The Crown Tundra ( Part 2).

1) Kubfu

Type : Fighting-type
Classification: Wushu Pokemon

Speaking of Kubfu, it is available under Isle of Armor. Kubfu evolves into Urshifu after sufficient training.

2) Urshifu

Type: Fighting/Dark-type & Fighting/Water-type
Classification: Wushu Pokémon

Urshifu features two forms: Single Strike Style & Rapid Strike Style.

3) Calyrex

Type: Psychic/Grass-type
Classification: King Pokémon

Calyrex has been added to the Crown Tundra DlC. It is known to have ruled Galar in ancient times.

4) Unknown Regi Pokemon

As it features marks or circles similar to Regi Pokemon on their body. There is a high possibility that this Pokemon is under the Regi category. It is a part of the Crown Tundra DLC.

5) Unknown Regi Pokemon 2

It is another Regi Pokemon whose name is also unknown. This Pokemon is also a part of Crown Tundra DLC.
