Im facing that the battery performance is worse than ever with the last update of OOS 13. I have a OP9 Pro EU rom, I mean F17 and F72, but I wanna know if others devices are facing bad battery performance

Reports suggest that the battery of their devices is draining at a remarkable rate. It even fails to make it through an entire day sometimes.

For some, the issue of sudden and rapid battery drainage is also accompanied by abnormal heating. Interestingly, we previously highlighted a similar overheating issue for some OnePlus 9 users.

This is incredibly frustrating for users as they are now required to charge their phones every now and then.

No official word in sight

Unfortunately, OnePlus hasn’t acknowledged the OnePlus 9 battery drain issue after OxygenOS 13 update.

We hope that the developers come up with a fix soon so that it can keep OnePlus 9 series users from the risk of damaging their smartphones.
