The OnePlus 8T has had one too many issues in the few months that it’s been available in the market. This can be attributed, in part, to the new and drastically different OxygenOS 11 build.
Some of these issues include issues with Google Discover and random color shifts, face unlock among many other issues. Check them out in our dedicated OnePlus 8T bug tracker.
Just like the year that it has been, the hits just keep coming even with this device. This, because a section of these device owners has been reporting an issue with their device’s cameras.
According to affected users, the OnePlus 8T wide angle camera produces videos that are a little lacking in terms of quality. Videos from this sensor are reportedly blurry.
This has since been brought to the attention of OnePlus and a staff member, in response to this user complaint, notes that the company is already working on this OnePlus 8T wide camera video issue.
We appreciate your efforts to get the required information, Not to worry, our dev team is already working on this and will make sure to get this sorted at the earliest.

To recall, though, this is not the first time OnePlus is promising to fix a camera issue on the OnePlus 8T. We’ve seen the company promise to work on white balance issues, camera quality, and touch-to-focus.
We still don’t know when these issues are set to get addressed as no timeline has been provided. We shall continue to keep an eye on this and update as and when we get more info.
