OEMs across the globe have entered that phase where more and more devices are making the transition to Android 11.

OnePlus is among the most reputed company when it comes to delivering major OS updates. With their 3 major OS updates on top of a well-curated custom-based skin, the company becomes a favorite choice.

While big names like the OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro, and devices from the OnePlus 7 series have already bagged the Android 11 update, OnePlus 6 and 6T users still await their slot.

In fact, the OnePlus Nord camp has been quite active lately as the device has recently bagged the Android 11 update.

As for the OnePlus 6 and 6T, the wait for Android 11 has kept device owners on the edge of their seats and this wait doesn’t appear to be getting over anytime soon.

OnePlus has released a trivial security patch based on Android 10 for the duo. This might not excite the chunk out there but that’s what the company chose to offer for these devices.

OxygenOS 10.3.9 is rolling out as the new security update which takes the Android security level to February. The changelog doesn’t carry much weight except for a few fixes. Here’s the complete changelog.
