Regular updates to smartphones are incredibly important. Other than the inherent benefits of fixing up security vulnerabilities within the system, they offer phone makers an avenue to build in more features onto the devices.

OnePlus’ OxygenOS is a favorite among many Android purists for its Stock Android look and feel, and the subtle yet useful tweaks that are built-in. The company has been steadfast in rolling out regular updates to its devices and today, the OnePlus 6 and the OnePlus 6T are getting an incremental update.

The highlights of this OnePlus 6/6T May patch update is the fact that it brings with it the May 2020 Security patch level. It also adds Work-Life balance and Epic games, at least for users in India.

This update has already started rolling out to eligible devices and you can identify this build by its software version number OxygenOS 10.3.4.
