Oculus is a popular name when it comes to virtual reality headsets that was acquired by Facebook in 2014.

The latest VR headset from Oculus is the Quest 2 which came out in October 2020 with the Snapdragon XR2 SoC and 6GB RAM.

Now, it seems that users of Oculus Quest 2 headset have been facing an issue where the Facebook Live views or comments are not sowing up.

As per several reports, the views and comments count for the Facebook Live content stays at zero while streaming through Oculus Quest 2.

It is unclear what is causing this problem but affected users are expected to get a fix for the same.

According to the Oculus Support Twitter handle, this is a known issue for which a fix is being looked into.

However, Oculus Support has not provided any ETA for the said fix in the acknowledgement so users will have to wait for some time.

It must be noted that users are facing this problem only with the Quest 2 headset whereas the issue is not present on the Quest 1. This further indicates that the problem might be with the Quest 2 headset and not a glitch at Facebook’s end.

However, this is still based on our speculation as Oculus Support has not provided any clarity on the matter.

The issue is causing inconvenience to users as they are unable to interact with viewers during the live stream.

It is, however, still good to see that Oculus Support has acknowledged the issue and it is being taken care of.

Hopefully, Oculus fixes the said issue soon so that users can stream content and interact with viewers on Facebook without any hassle.

That said, we will be back with more details as and when new information becomes available so stay tuned.
