New update alert: Google Pixels, Rogers Galaxy Note 10+, Vivo Z5, Galaxy A50, Nokia 1/1 Plus & Nokia C2, Redmi 8 & Galaxy Buds+

Making in today’s list are Android devices namely Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, Vivo Z5, Nokia 5.1, Nokia 1, Nokia 1 Plus, Nokia C2, and Redmi 8 that are grabbing the May OTA.

One the other hand, Google Pixel devices and Samsung Galaxy A50 are already receiving the latest June OTA. And lastly, Galaxy Buds+ are getting the firmware update. Let’s glance at the details of the devices one by one.

Google Pixel (Pixel 4XL)

Google Pixel phones (Pixel 4XL in the screenshot below) are now picking up the latest June OTA in which brings the critical bug fixes and improves the stability and performance of the device.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+

Canadian carrier Rogers has now released the May OTA for Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. The update brings along the increased security to the device. It also arrives with bug fixes, added or enhanced features, and also improves the performance of the device.

The version number for this update is N975WVLS3CTD3/N975WOYV3CTD3 that is sized at 210.28MB.

Samsung Galaxy A50

Samsung has already issued the June OTA to a couple of devices, and the number is increasing now. Next in line is, Samsung Galaxy A50 which is now getting the June OTA which arrives as version A505FNXXS5BTF1/A505FNOXM5BTF1/A505FXXS5BTCB. It is measured at 121.29MB.

Vivo Z5

The May security update is being picked up by Vivo Z5, which arrives with build PD1921D_A_1.11.0. The update is likely to bring increased security to the device. It is measured at 155.42MB.

Nokia Phone updates

Nokia has issued the May patch to Nokia 1, Nokia 1 Plus and C2. Let’s take a look one by one.

Nokia 1

Xiaomi has pushed the firmware update with the May OTA to Redmi 8. Global update with build 11.0.11.0 has arrived. The performance of the device is expected to improve with this update. The version number for Europe is V11.0.7.0.PCNEUXM.

Samsung Galaxy Buds+

Samsung has released a firmware update for Samsung Galaxy Buds+, which carries version R175XXU0ATE3 and is merely 1.32MB in size. The update is said to bring optimizations to the sound quality of the Ambient Sound feature. The stability of the device is also improved.
