There are new updates that have been added to the bottom of this story….

Pebble, best remembered as the first company to make a splash in the smartwatch market, announced back in 2016 that it’s closing the shop. It got acquired by FitBit, which surprisingly took a lot of time before closing all Pebble services, something which happened in June this year.

Ever since that happened, Rebble has been an unofficial replacement platform meant for keeping alive the Pebble smartwatches that are there in the wild. Now, what if I told you that Pebble may make a comeback of sorts?

Well, well, well….before you get your hopes too high, let me make it clear there’s no official confirmation on this. Just that the official Pebble Twitter account has sent out a cryptic tweet containing a question.

Anyone else get cold sweats when you’ve got enough cell service to receive the notification, but not enough to act on it?

Take a look:

This tweets has fueled rumors that the brand Pebble may make a come back with a new smartwatch. Of course, there’s no basis for it at the moment, but fans’ hopes are running high.

Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated on further developments on Pebble’s comeback (if that’s what’s happening). Until then, let us know your thoughts about Pebble and its smartwatches in the comments section below.
