People who prefer stock Android usually have only a few options to choose from. Motorola smartphones like the 2019 Moto G7 Power are among those options. The device packs in decent specifications that include the Snapdragon 632 SoC and a massive 5000mAh battery.

The device comes with a near-stock Android 9 Pie skin with a sprinkle of Motorola’s apps and features. It also began receiving the Android 10 update roughly two months ago. However, this update was not released to units in some regions such as India.

That is no longer the case since the update is finally rolling out in the country. Motorola Moto G7 Power users have taken to Reddit to notify others that the Android 10 update is now available in India.

The new software version for the update is QPO30.52-29 and it brings a host of new features and improvements. The brief changelog for the update is provided below:

Android 10: Android is more secure and easier to use than ever. Check out the new gesture navigation, system-wide dark theme and better notification control with suggested actions and silent groups. You also have more control over privacy and security to ensure that your data is always protected.

This new software version has been pushed out as an OTA update. Therefore, Moto G7 Power users should see the Android 10 update notification pop-up soon. If it does not, go to Settings > System > Advanced > System update and manually check for the update.

Just a few days ago, the Moto G7 Play also picked up the Android 10 update. You can also check out our Motorola Android 10 update tracker to know when your Motorola smartphone will receive the software version.
