New updates are being added at the bottom…..

Original story (published on July 03) follows:

Motorola Moto G9 Power came out in December 2020 with Android 10 out-of-the-box, while the wait is now on for Android 11.

The mid-range smartphone packs some decent specs but an issue has been spoiling the user experience.

According to several reports, Motorola Moto G9 Power users are facing an issue with the call quality.

It seems that during a call, the person on the other end is unable to hear the voice of the Moto G9 Power user.

While some reports indicate that this issue occurs in between a call, others indicate that it is present at the beginning of calls.

However, affected Moto G9 Power users may not have to face the said issue for long as call quality is set to be improved.

As per a Motorola Support agent, the Moto G9 Power software updates will bring improvements for this issue in the future.

It is, however, unclear how long it will take to implement as no ETA has been provided by the support agent.
