Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is a large expansion pack to the Monster Hunter: World. The game is an action role-playing game developed and published by Capcom. The game was released to PS4 and Xbox One users in January 2018 and the Windows version came out in August 2018.
The players take up the role of a hunter in the game who is given the task of hunting down, kill or trap monsters that roam around in one of several environmental spaces.
The player is rewarded through loot consisting of parts from the monster and other elements that are used to craft weapons and armor, amongst other equipment.
Capcom has now finally provided a release date for their game – Monster Hunter World: Iceborn for PC users. The studio released the 4k 60 FPS trailer for the game and also gave out the release details for PC users. Monster Hunter World: Iceborne will be available for PC players from January 9, 2020.
The release date was already in speculations with all of them hinting at the release date in January. The studio also released a full 4k 60 FPS trailer for the game as well. Take a look at the trailer below –
The game is upgraded for PC users and this version of the game will include features like high resolution texture pack, customizable graphical settings, and DirectX 12 support. The controls for the PC have also upgraded to better suit the new actions and abilities on PC.
The studio has also promised to make the all released console version free title updates available pretty soon.
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne as we said earlier, is an expansion to the Monster Hunter: World. The story follows the adventures of Research Commission pursuing a flock of Legiana fleeing to the Ancient Forest.
The commission found past the rough seas was a new landmass, locked beneath snow and ice. This new ice-cold region is known as the “Hoarfrost Reach”. This new region is completely unexplored, so discovering new monsters and endemic life will be one of the Commission’s most important goals.
