Microsoft’s Learning platform is used to manage easily industrial certifications and relevant examinations.
Many people use Microsoft Learning to schedule their certification examinations for PSI and Pearson VUE.
However, users have been facing an issue with Microsoft Certification Dashboard lately which is further preventing them from managing their existing certifications and scheduled examinations.
As per several reports, Microsoft Certification Dashboard is not loading or working because of which users are unable to reschedule their existing certification exams.
It is unclear whether the issue is with the Learning platform, related to web browsers, or at exam service providers’ end.

This is inconveniencing multiple users as they are unable to access their certification and examination data through Microsoft Certification Dashboard.
Also, Microsoft has not made any comments on the matter so far which is further adding to users’ dismay.
However, an affected user has found a way to access the scheduled examinations via an alternate exam registration link.
This appears to be giving users’ the required access because of which they are able to reschedule their certification examination.
While Microsoft is yet to provide some clarity on why the Certification Dashboard is not loading, affected users can at least manage their affairs via the aforementioned workaround.
Hopefully, Microsoft soon sheds some more light on the matter or fixes its Certification platform altogether so that users can access their data without any hassle.
That said, we will report back with more details as and when we get new information to share so stay tuned.
