Mediacom Internet/cable down and not working: Outage leaves users complaining

It looks like Internet provider Mediacom is currently suffering an outage of sorts. Specifically, users of Mediacom Internet are taking to social media platforms to share the service is down at the moment.

In addition, there are reports of the Mediacom cable being down as well. A quick look at the Down Detector Outage map reveals the service is experiencing problems in several parts of the US.

For its part, the company has issued an advisory that says the outages are being worked on.
