If you are a soccer (football) fan, surely the name ‘Manchester City’ will be familiar to you. The Manchester-based team has improved enormously in the last decade thanks to a million-dollar investment and good decisions.

This has also caused a notable increase in the club’s fan base, both in England and around the world. The arrival of figures like Kun Aguero, and now Erling Haaland reflect the current status of the club.

But it seems that even none of this has helped the club website get better servers. Currently, the Manchester City website is frustrating numerous fans as it is kicking them out of queue during ticket purchase.

Manchester City website kicking users out of queue when purchasing tickets

It seems that many Man City fans will be left with the desire to support their team in the stadium against Burnley, since acquiring a ticket is becoming a more difficult mission than winning the Champions League.

Recent reports indicate that the Manchester City website is kicking fans out of the queue multiple times when trying to purchase tickets.

There are also reports of users receiving an error message during the transaction (see screenshot below).

This is an absolute joke. Every time I click on but tickets it logged me out. Got into q once and it through me out at the end. Absolutely diabolical

@ManCityHelp @ManCity what a joke this club is for trying to get tickets. Queueing for 40 mins to get logged out and website crashed. Online and over the phone, absolute shambles.

According to reports, the website first logs users out. Then, when they try to get back to where they were, they have to start the queue all over again.

The problem is frustrating since there are fans who had been in the queue for almost an hour before being kicked out. So, the Manchester City website is turning into a crueler adversary for them than Arsenal.

Fortunately, the Man City support team is already aware of the issue and working to resolve it. But there is still no ETA for when purchasing tickets through the website will resume.
