[Update: Fixed] Madden 22 stuck on Physique Selection screen after latest update, issue acknowledged

Madden NFL 22 recently bagged a title update which aims at improving the authenticity of NFL while also delivering gameplay tuning.

The latest update offers a bunch of improvements and bug fixes to Madden NFL 22. However, some user reports indicate that the update is causing some problems as well.

As per multiple reports, Madden NFL 22 is getting stuck on the Physique Selection screen after the latest title update.

It seems players are unable to get past the Physique Selection/avatar creation section because of this problem.

This is inconveniencing players across multiple platforms which clearly indicates that the issue might be widespread.

I need help stuck on physique selection screen and already uninstalled and reinstalled. I’m on old gen ps4 and I’m on the new title update 2.

It is unclear what the exact cause of the problem is but the latest title update might be the main culprit here.

Also, there is currently no workaround for this problem which is further adding to Madden NFL 22 players’ dilemma.

However, affected users may not have to contend with this problem for long as it has been acknowledged by EA Help.

EA Help has said that they are aware of the issue where Madden NFL 22 gets stuck on the Physique Selection screen.

The game team is working to fix the problem as soon as possible which indicates a fix might arrive in the near future.

However, this is still based on speculation as EA Help has not provided any ETA for the fix.

Hopefully, EA Sports resolves the aforementioned problem soon so that players can enjoy the game without any hassle.

That said, we will report back with more details as and when we get new information to share so stay tuned.

An EA Community Manager has confirmed that the recent server maintenance fixed the bug that resulted in the game getting stuck on the Physique Selection/Avatar Creation screen.
