Loverwatch 'Titles' and 'Highlight Intro' rewards missing? Here's what you should know

Overwatch introduced a new arcade brawl dubbed Loverwatch with some special event challenges to earn new cosmetics.

But players who have been participating in the Loverwatch event are encountering issues with some of the rewards that should be available to them.

Specifically, some players have reported (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) missing titles where some are not even able to see the titles unlocked.

I can’t find my player titles and I don’t even see them just not unlocked, does anyone have them?

Others are confused about why they haven’t received a highlight intro for certain characters.

Additionally, some are also reporting an issue where they aren’t receiving rewards in the game.

Loverwatch rewards? i struggled through the sim yesterday and finished the mercy part.. got the reward, log into my account and SAW IT being unlocked. now i log in and its locked again? someone else having this issue?

Official acknowledgement

Fortunately, the Titles issue has been acknowledged by Blizzard Entertainment, who have assured to address the issue with the upcoming patch.

In the meantime, players should make sure they have redeemed the rewards they have earned, as some players have reported not receiving rewards due to not redeeming them.

It’s also worth noting that rewards can take up to 48 hours to be credited, so players may need to be patient and wait for them to appear.

As for the confusion about the highlight intro rewards, it seems that some players are under the impression that they should be receiving a highlight intro for characters like Genji and Mercy.

However, the highlight intro reward is only for Hanzo, and it appears that some players may have misunderstood the reward structure.

That said, it’s important for players to be patient and check that they have properly redeemed their rewards before assuming that they are missing.
