JetBlue website & app not working or redeeming promo codes, issue acknowledged

However, currently several people are unable to book flight tickets through JetBlue because both the website and the app are not working.

Multiple reports indicate that JetBlue users are experiencing many problems when trying to book flights through the platform.

Apparently, buyers are just getting some error codes while trying to complete the checkout. Also, the problem has been present for at least two days.

The problem is also preventing them from using promo codes. These codes serve to obtain better prices in the purchase or reservation of flight tickets through JetBlue.

Fortunately, the JetBlue support team is aware of the issue and working to resolve it. In the meantime, they have extended the flight ticket sales period for those who could not book.
