Some iTunes Match users having trouble matching or uploading songs to Cloud Music Library

If you use an Apple device, chances are pretty high that you have uploaded your music collection to iTunes.

The Apple Music membership offers various benefits, including access to iTunes Match.

In case you are unfamiliar with the service, iTunes Match lets you upload your music library from your Apple Music app installed on your Mac or Windows.

Users can access their whole library from all their devices that have the Sync Library feature turned on. This feature really comes in handy if you happen to own thousands of songs.

Having said that, several users are now reporting that they are facing an issue with iTunes Match when uploading or matching new and existing songs to the Cloud Music Library.

iTunes users say whenever they try to upload any song, it is stuck at “trying to match” with the status staying the same even after hours. Many people say the problem started last Thursday.

And it seems that the issue is rampant across all devices. This indicates that the problem is far bigger, and the issue lies with iTunes itself.

Even though there have been several reports about the same, the company is yet to acknowledge the issue.

If there are enough reports about the iTunes Match uploading and matching issue, maybe Apple will finally accept that something is wrong on their end.
