Apple is on a roll with its iOS beta program as we already saw a bunch of betas for iOS 14.5 whereas the iOS 14.6 RC update came out pretty recently.

This means that Apple users might soon get the stable iOS 14.6 update but the tech giant is already moving ahead with the iOS beta program.

The iOS 14.7 beta 1 update is now out and while there are currently no release notes for the latest iOS beta, it does bring along a handy feature.

There are several pre-installed apps that iOS offers and among them, the Apple Weather app. It provides weather updates along with information like air quality.

However, Apple Weather’s Air Quality feature hasn’t been available in most regions until the update to iOS 14.7 beta 1 came out.

The latest iOS beta update might have added more countries where the Apple Weather app’s Air Quality function can be used.

This is because the said feature now shows air quality for Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, South Korea, and Canada, as per reports from Reddit and Twitter.

The Air Quality function uses BreezoMeter as its source of information on the matter. This might be the reason why the said feature is not available for all regions.

However, this is still based on our speculation as the tech giant has not made any comments on the matter.

Also, the exact number of countries where the feature is now working is not known. It is, however, still good to see that Apple is making the Air Quality feature available in more regions.

So, if the said feature was not available for your region and is working after the latest iOS beta update, feel free to let us know by dropping a comment below.
