Netflix iOS app from netflix
In the smartphone world, firmware updates and broken functionalities often walk hand in hand, and updates pushed out by Apple are no exception to the case. Case in point: after breaking Telegram stickers, it has now come to light the iOS 11.4 update has also caused login issues for Netflix’s iOS users.
Simply put, the Netflix app either gets into endless buffering or throws errors like ‘try again‘ or ‘Incorrect email or password. Please try again and make sure you’ve entered the correct email and password‘ when accessed on devices running the newest iOS version. Users say even removing/reinstalling the app makes no difference.
While there are many iOS app users complaining about the Netflix login glitch on micro-blogging site Twitter (1,2,3,4,5,6,7), one of the affected users also shared a glimpse of the problem in question:

Fix in works
What’s good is the company’s official Twitter account recently not only acknowledged the issue, but also mentioned that a fix is being worked on.
Thanks for reaching out, it's something that we're currently aware of and are working to fix as soon as possible. In the meantime we recommend streaming from an alternate device. *SC

In addition, Netflix support has been telling some of those affected that the next update will fix (1,2) the mess.
So, it’s safe to say that the upcoming Netflix app update for iOS devices will fix the ongoing login issues. We hope the promised update gets live soon. Rest assured, we’ll update as and when that happens.
