Google introduced the Android 10 OS back in September 2019 and since then, major OEMs have either pushed the stable Android 10 updates or are still pushing out the beta updates of the same.

Huawei, after the beginning of the new year, has shifted its focus in rolling out the stable EMUI 10 (Android 10) update for its compatible devices.

Besides, quite a few of the Huawei devices have got the EMUI 10 (Android 10) beta update but there are several others in the pipeline. But if you are the owner of Huawei P30 Lite then, there is a new update available for you.

Recently, Huawei has started rolling out the EMUI 10 update for the Huawei P30 Lite. Notably, this update was currently spotted in Sri Lanka but is expected to extend its reach to other regions pretty soon.

Notably, the EMUI 10 beta update for P30 Lite started rolling out in November 2019 while the device got the December 2019 security patchset of at the beginning of this month.

For specs buff, the Huawei P30 Lite was brought up in 2019, and packs in features like a 6.15-inch display, 4-8GB of RAM, offers 128 GB of onboard storage, a 3,340 mAh battery.

In the camera department, it houses a triple camera setup with a 48 MP primary shooter and in the front, you get a 32 MP selfie camera. The smartphone has a rear-mounted fingerprint camera as well.

Coming back to the new update, it arrives with the version number V10.0.0.159 and weighs in a massive 3.93 GB. The update brings in all the features and goodies of the EMUI 10 as well as Android 10 for the Huawei P30 Lite.

Keep in mind, as always this update is also pushed via OTA in batches and will take some time in hitting all the units. Users can manually check for the update by heading to Settings>>System>>Software update>>Check for updates.

If there is a new update notification then you can tap on it and install the update on your device.

Update (February, 17)

According to a user report, the EMUI 10 update rollout has been expanded to the users in Switzerland as well. It arrives with the version number V10.0.0.167 and weighs in a massive 3.93 GB in size.

Update 2 (February, 20)

According to a recent development, the update has expanded its reach to the users in Germany as well. This new update carries the same version number and brings in all the new features of EMUI 10 for the device.

Update 3 (March, 02)

The update is now rolled out for the users in the UK as well. It comes with the version number V10.0.0.167.

The update is now live for the users of Huawei P20 Lite in Belgium as well as for the users of Three network in the UK.

Update 6 (March 11)

The update is now live in South Africa as well. The OTA arrives with version number V10.0.0.159 and weighs in around 3.5 GB of size.

The update to EMUI 10 for the P30 Lite is live in Japan.

Update 10 (May 28)

The update to EMUI 10 for the P30 lite is now live for devices on the AT&T network in Mexico.

Update 11 (September 29)

Huawei has now begun rolling out the EMUI 10 update for the Huawei P30 Lite in Canada. The new update comes as version 10.0.0.192, up from version 9.1.0.325. A user took to Reddit to share a screenshot of the update that we’ve added below:
