Harry Potter Wizards Unite update adds two new registry pages

Harry Potter Wizards Unite has successfully completed five months. The game was launched on June 21, 2019, and since then, the game has been running strong. The game has a decent community base, although the game did not get popular like Pokemon Go.

The game has been developed by Niantic & WB Games San Francisco and has been published by Niantic. Earlier this week, Niantic announced a new event for the game called Legends of Hogwarts. The event commenced on November 26, 2019, at 11 am PST and will stay live until December 2 at 11 am PST.

Under this event, there will be an increase in encounters of ‘Legends of Hogwarts: Potions Classroom’ which includes the following: Snape, Sirius, Hedwig, and Harry. Also, a new 1 km Portmanteau with a new environment, Professor Snape office will feature under this event.

There will be an increase in the chances of getting Erumpent Horn Potion Ingredients on the overworld map. So, it is quite an exciting event for players. You can check more details regarding the Legends of Hogwarts event by heading here.

Apart from that, the gifting system has also arrived in the game. Players can now send and receive gifts that contain Spell Energy from Inns, Runestones from Wizarding challenges, or ingredients from Greenhouses.

Niantic also released a small update for the game, which has turned on the new lobby countdown timer in Chamber, which lets your teammates know that you are ready to join the battle. If you are entering the Chamber alone, you can skip the timer.

Two new registry pages have also been added to the game, which includes the following: Legends of Hogwarts and Yule Ball Great Hall Registry page. The Yule Ball Great Hall Registry page features couples including Fred and Angelina, Hermione and Viktor, Hagrid and Madame Maxime, and Harry and Parvati! Plus, a Yule Ball program Foundable.

The update has also fixed lingering issues and bugs in the game, which will help improve the performance of the game for the upcoming Legends of Hogwarts event.
