Original story (published on September 02, 2020) follows:

Google Pixel Buds wireless earbuds are among the best earphones available in the market. While users are highly liking the earbuds, some issues are spoiling the user experience. There are numerous problems that users are experiencing on a large scale.

Many Pixel Buds users are taking to online platforms to report issues where they are facing audio cuts, uneven battery drain, and imbalanced audio problems. While Google is addressing users individually, it is unclear whether the issues are hardware or software related.

Those who are experiencing these issues are already on the latest Pixel Buds firmware. However, the tech giant is yet to provide more clarity on the matter. Many users are reporting that the battery drain for the left and right buds is highly uneven.

Also, the reports suggest that the audio balance gets disturbed and shifts towards the right bud. The audio also cuts, to be precise, at the one minute fifty seconds mark. All this seems strange and users are also wondering what is causing these issues.

Moreover, many users are coming up with workarounds like factory reset, and disconnecting the buds and then reconnecting them manually. Nevertheless, such workarounds are not working for everyone. Users are disappointed and are demanding solutions from Google.

The OEM is even ready to issue replacements to users who are facing these issues on the new Pixel Buds but users are still requesting for a fix without having to return the wireless earphones. This is simply due to the popularity and quality of Google Pixel Buds.
