A new severe issue has popped up on the Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL units, where the users are simply not able to use the Bluetooth function on their phone because the device constantly shows “Bluetooth keeps stopping” error message.
The issue has been reported by several Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL users, and they have tried every solution that one could think off, right from resetting their phones, clearing Bluetooth app cache and data, rebooting the device, deleting any newly installed app to avoid app conflicts, turning it on in safe mode and checking for the error.
But all of the above-mentioned fixes have turned out to be either a temporary fix for this Bluetooth issue on the Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL as the issue creeps up again after some time, or these solutions have simply not worked for the users.
Moreover, the users have also reported that due to this Bluetooth error, the perfectly functional phones are turning useless because when the Bluetooth keeps stopping the WiFi and Mobile network also go down with it.
Taking into consideration the severity of this Bluetooth issue on the Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL, and how widespread this issue is, a bug report has been filed, however, Google is yet to acknowledge the issue.
Fortunately, going by the issue tracker of the bug report, as per one of Google representatives, the issue has been raised over to the concerned developer team and will be updated with more info once it is available.
We have passed this to the development team and will update this issue with more information as it becomes available.
