Google Nest Thermostat has been around since 2011 and users can control it via the Google Home app.
However, users were facing an issue with their Nest thermostats which were inaccessible through the Google Home app.
As per multiple reports, the Home app was asking users to migrate their Nest account but users were unable to do so.
Also, users said that they were able to access the smart thermostat via the Nest app but not the Google Home app.
It seems that a lot of users were affected because of this issue but it did not last for long.
Google Support was quick to respond to affected users and acknowledged the issue as soon as reports started pooling in.
Moreover, the Made By Google Twitter handle recently stated that the relevant team has rolled out a fix for said issue.
So, affected users can now take a sigh of relief as they will not have to face the said inconvenience anymore.
This is indeed an example of some rapid support from the tech giant as the issue was fixed within hours.
While it is unclear whether the said fix is out for all Google Nest users or not, you can still help us with that.
