Major tech companies that include Google and Microsoft (throw Apple in there if you like) have in the recent past advocated for the use of cloud storage as a safe and secure method of storing important data online.

This way, not only is it easy to access the stored data from virtually any device that can access the internet, but it also makes sharing of these files way simpler and much quicker than using traditional methods.

Google Drive remains one of the leading providers of cloud storage services. The big G’s selling point involves offering anyone with a Google or Gmail account access to 15GB free storage.

Here, you can attach large files to emails and send them to who it may concern, upload and store full-res photos or even back up videos and other important files stored on your phone or PC for that matter.

Over the recent past, though, Google Drive users have been experiencing an annoying issue where uploading any video file (regardless of the format or size) has become a pain in the neck.

Rather than successfully upload the video, a Google Drive file unreadable error message pops up instead, something that is sending many nuts.

Below is a screenshot of the error message in question:

At the time of writing, Google hasn’t responded, so it’s hard to tell what exactly is causing the issue. It is also unknown when the issue will be addressed, but we hope it won’t take long. We will notify you when Google responds.
