Popular footwear retailer, Foot Locker is surely a quite frequented place for people who are looking for trendy sneakers, gym wear, clothing, and more in one place.

It also keeps pairing up with various brands like Nike, Adidas, and Jordan to help serve people with the best of everything.

Foot Locker app repeatedly crashing

However, a considerable number of reports (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) suggest that the Foot Locker app is frequently crashing or is broken for many users.

@footlocker I realize that you’re getting plenty or requests to resolve the issue with the app. If the platform can’t handle the traffic for us to submit our entries for the raffle, what is Friday going to look like when people are trying to check to see if they win?

@footlocker fix your Fuckin app. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to enter a raffle, especially for a mass produced shoe. You wonder why people delete your pathetic app. Hopefully someone PNB Rocks the developer behind the app. Get it together.

The frequent crashing is preventing users from entering a raffle or making a reservation for their preferred article and is rather showing various error codes.

Some of those error codes include ‘You need an authorized user 401.43029‘, ‘Request Failed Please Try Again Later‘, and ‘Request Failed We are currently having a problem communicating with our servers‘.

Although, the app is partially working fine, but starts crashing the moment users are prompted to fill in an entry using raffles. You can check out the attached video below for reference.

Unfortunately, the developers haven’t commented on the issue yet so those affected will have to wait for the team to come up with a fix.

It seems that there is no workaround at the moment to fix the issue temporarily.

We hope that the team comes up with a definitive fix for the issue where the app is freezing every now and then.

We’ll keep tabs on further developments and update the article as and when something noteworthy comes up.

Update 1 (December 29, 2022)

11:06 am (IST): Fresh reports (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) suggest that some Foot Locker users are again facing issues with the app as they are unable to sign in to their accounts.

Update 2 (December 30, 2022)

07:23 pm (IST): The recent issue with Foot Locker app appears to have been resolved as we haven’t come across any fresh reports.
