FIFA Mobile VSA matches in Rivalry challenge mode auto-completed bug acknowledged

FIFA Mobile is the mobile counterpart of the popular FIFA franchise developed by EA Mobile and published by EA Sports.

Released in 2016, the game goes by the name FIFA Soccer on the Apple Store and FIFA Football on the Google Play Store. It is frequently updated with new content and events.

Having said that, the game recently started a Rivalries event. To participate, players have to complete certain daily and weekly quests in order to earn rivalries players.

They can then be traded in exchange for better rewards. The new event requires FIFA Mobile players to participate in the Challenge mode if they want to earn extra rivalries points.

There are three VSA matches that players can enter with an entry cost of 50,000 coins. You can also set custom base players lineups and earn up to 18 rivalries points.

However, FIFA Mobile players are now reporting that the VSA matches in rivalries mode are already completed without players even playing the match.

@EAHelp Hey, in FIFA Mobile EA after last Challenge Mode reset is not possible to play vsa games in Rivalries challenge mode. only claimed 1st one and it shows 3/3 won without playing any, couldn’t win 15 points… And the time ins ending…

Restarting and reinstalling the game isn’t helping since the issue lies on EA’s end. Players who were looking forward to earning 18 rivalries points are really disappointed since they are unable to collect the rewards.

Nonetheless, EA has acknowledged the issue and said that it is currently under investigation. With few days left before the event ends, it remains to be seen if EA will release a fix for the FIFA Mobile VSA matches completed bug.

An EA community manager has said that if they do not manage to fix the bug before the event ends, they will offer rewards in some other way.

EA should really fix the issue as soon as possible since many players have bought packs with real money because they wanted to get the extra rivalries points.
