Dragon Ball Legends aims to bring the Dragon Ball experience on your mobile device.
The anime action RPG game features some great 3D visuals and animations and includes all of your favorite DB characters – Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks.
It also features 1 on 1 matches against rival DB players in PvP battles across the globe. And at the end of it your winnings come in the form of ratings and rewards which can be used as per your liking.
However, its players are facing a critical issue lately that has hindered them from playing the game. The issue comes in the form of a login error.

Upon trying to login, the game throws a communication error with the code CR901001. When it strikes, a user has to then restart the game several times over to get it running. The issue is affecting both iOS and Android.
Now, usually this error means that the Bandai Namco servers have been taken offline for maintenance.
However, such a step is usually notified beforehand – something that hasn’t been the case for current instances of the error.
If you are one of the users facing the communication error CR901001 on Dragon Ball Legends, then know that the error has nothing to do with your internet connection, or anything at your end for that matter.
Rather, it is due to a server error. This means that no amount of clearing cache or re-installing the game will be helpful.
Dragon Ball has even acknowledged this on Twitter saying that they’re investigating the matter. No ETA was given out though:
Oddly, the official confirmed in-game bugs and issues list hasn’t been updated with the information.
Still, we will keep an eye out on the status of the Dragon Ball Legends communication error CR901001 so stay tuned to PiunikaWeb.
