Just in case you’re trying to get your head around why Escape from Tarkov is throwing error 1020 or error 106015 during login (both launcher and website), find solace in the fact that you aren’t the only one facing issues lately.
A quick look at micro-blogging site Twitter conveys there are many other affected by the same issue, and the common factor is all those affected are using either Comcast or Xfinity internet services. For a quick glance, here’s how some of the complainants word the problem:
all comcast/xfinity internet users are geting the same message trying to loggin to the launcher and the website Cannot establish server connection. Please try again later ERROR: 106015 for launcher and ERROR: 1020 for website can you plz fix this so we all can play thank you

Thanks for completing the maintenance now you can fix the issue you just caused by not letting any Comcast/xfinity service users log in to your game at all or even the website!!!!

I can’t even access their website it gives me an “access denied” error 1020 is this happening to anyone else? The crazy part is I was able to use my hot spot on my phone and it connected to the game perfectly

They broke all Comcast/xfinity internet users from being able to access anything escape from tarkov. It’s soo wonderful! Just GREAT. Going on 4 hours now and no new information or anything.Source

Down detector – a popular service that gives information about live outages – also conveys that Escape from Tarkov is encountering server connection and login issues in some regions, as can be seen in the image below:
The problem is basically being reported after the recent maintenance during which connection issues were expected. But now that the maintenance is over, Xfinity/Comcast internet users are unable to login.
Any official word on the matter? Negative, as yet. We’re yet to locate a word from the official service channels or their social media handles.

It appears the matter has at least been brought into the notice of Comcast.
