Call of Duty: Warzone recently got the Season 5 patch with a bunch new features and improvements. Among them, the new points of interest, weapons and much more.
While COD Warzone players have been facing several issues lately, the Season 5 patch bring many bug fixes.
However, players are now noticing issues related to lag and stuttering after the Warzone Season 5 update.
As per multiple reports, COD Warzone players are finding it difficult to play the game due to constant stuttering after getting the Season 5 patch.
Also, those playing COD Warzone Season 5 or Modern Warfare multiplayer are facing heavy lag which is there even when spectating other players.

I play on ps4, since season 5 dropped every game I play on warzone or mw multiplayer is laggy. Even when I’m spectating someone is laggy too, I don’t know what to do. Can anyone help me?

While these issues may be occurring due to multiple reasons, the exact cause of the problems remains a mystery.
It is possible that the latest patch might be taking some time to get accustomed but the possibility of something broken cannot be overlooked as well.
However, all this is still based on speculation as the game developers, Infinity Ward and Raven Software, or publisher, Activision, have not made any comments on the matter so far.
This is inconveniencing players across different platforms as the game is virtually unplayable because of lag and stuttering.
Moreover, there is currently no workaround for these issues which is further adding to users’ dilemma.
Hopefully, the game developers and publisher look into the matter and provide users with a proper solution for the aforementioned problems.
That said, we will report back with more details as and when we get new information so stay tuned.
