Bell is one of the most popular telecommunications service providers in Canada with a huge customer base.
It has a lot of subscribers for the mobile and television services namely Bell Mobility, Bell Fibe TV, and Bell Satellite TV.
However, subscribers of the Bell IPTV/xDSL services in Toronto, Ontario appear to be facing server issues.
As per several reports, subscribers are unable to use the internet, cell, or television services in the said area.
Also, the generic troubleshooting does not appear to be solving the issues for affected subscribers.
The said issues seem to be widespread as a lot of subscribers have started reporting about the same while awaiting for a fix.
Now, Bell Support has acknowledged the issues stating that the server devices are down in Toronto, Ontario region.
This is why the subscribers of the Bell xDSL/IPTV services are facing problems but the technicians are currently working on fixing the same.
While this is good news for Bell subscribers, it is unclear how long it will take to fix the said problem.
This is because Bell Support, in another tweet, has said that there is currently no ETA for the said fix.
Moreover, affected subscribers have been recommended to power cycle their modems or transponders periodically to check whether the issues have been addressed.
Hopefully, the said issues get resolved soon as Bell subscribers are unable to use the services they are paying for.
That said, we will keep tracking this for further development and will provide more details when they become available.
