Streaming music has been a charm on Apple devices, thanks to the ecosystem offered by Apple.
Apple Music has even managed to hold a good user base at a time when Spotify has hegemony in the music streaming domain.
The app users have, however, stumbled upon a bug recently which makes things not to work as it’s supposed to be.
As per the emerging reports, Apple Music users are finding it difficult to download or play songs they wish to from the Apple Music library.
The streaming app throws an error message that an internal error has occurred and that the songs can not be downloaded or even played in some cases.
Why won’t Apple Music let me download songs? I miss my Walkman! #Apple
The previously downloaded files face no issues and it is only limited to the new songs lined up for downloading that ends up with an error.
In fact, in some cases, the entire playlist would skip without playing the songs.
The initial reports are from the PC version of the Apple Music app but there are a few reports from iPhone users as well who seem to have been hit by the issue after the recent iOS 14.5 update.
This issue dates back to a couple of months with absolutely no heed from Apple representatives or support.
In order to keep its user base intact, Apple needs to address the issue on priority.
In the meantime, sit back and relax as we track this issue, any update or a workaround will be posted here.
