Apex Legends Season 3 new gameplay trailer released

Apex Legends Season 3 is now just a few days away and with each day approaching, Respawn is dropping off trailers and teasers giving a glimpse of what players can expect from the new Season.

Continuing the trend, Respawn has dropped a new gameplay trailer for new Season. The gameplay trailer comes just after the release of the trailer for the new map called the World’s Edge which is located on the planet Talos. The gameplay trailer not only gives a more in-depth view of the new map but also reveals the new content that we’ll be getting.

The trailer was posted prematurely, due to an accidental leak shows various areas of the new map with giving a preview of what gameplay would look like in the new map. Crypto is shown to be very aggressive and fueled by his thirst for vengeance.

The trailer for Apex Legends Season 3 also takes us all around the map showing the whole map and the terrain. The map is set in an abandoned metro city which consists of an industrial plant in the molten lava and its contrast with the icy terrains makes it a more interesting map to play.

The gameplay reveal also gives a peek on Crypto’s abilities as it would be in the actual game. Crypto’s drone would be his tactical giving him the ability to see what the drone captures through its camera. His ultimate would be the EMP blast which would destroy all shields in its vicinity.

The gameplay also gives a look on the cargo train which will provide an easy method to go around the map as well. This would not just only promote faster gameplay and more gunfights but can also be used as evasive tactic.

Devs have also added the geysers which we also see in the actual gameplay trailer, this would allow players to jump higher and glide to another location. Earlier, only Pathfinder was the one who was capable of grappling out of the fight or jump into the fight.

Now, these geysers would allow players to do the same kind of mechanic without actually choosing Pathfinder. The trailer also revealed a ton of new skins and other mechanics which would change the meta of the game and how players approach the gunfights. You can watch the full trailer here –
