In this connected age, we have seen many traditional institutions such as governments, authorities, banks, and even schools taking their services online in a bid to make them accessible to users.

And for good reason. Having these services accessible remotely offers so much flexibility to users and in these COVID-19 times, this is increasingly becoming essential.

ANZ Bank

Of course, these services are only useful when they actually work. And lately, it seems as though we have been having a few too many outages.

Just in case you’re trying to get your head around why the ANZ bank app isn’t working for you, find solace in the fact that you aren’t the only one facing issues lately.
