We all know how annoying black screen-related issues can be and how they ruin the streaming experience. Even platforms like Hulu, YouTube, Amazon Echo Show, and more have also been frequented by these bugs.

Currently, the subscription-based streaming platform, Amazon Prime is exhibiting such issues and preventing users from viewing Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan.

It’s season 3 of Jack Ryan. It buffers during the titles and then again randomly at some point during the episode.

It appears that users never encountered such issues with Seasons 1 and 2 but now they are unable to watch Season 3.

Some users are also claiming that the crash happens every 3-4 minutes. Moreover, these buffering issues can be seen with other shows (1,2,3) as well.

This is incredibly frustrating considering the fact that the out-of-sync audio in Jack Ryan Season 3 also troubled several Amazon Prime users lately.

Although Amazon hasn’t acknowledged the issue yet, the team has asked the affected users to submit feedback.
