9Mobile call clarity/network problem and internet issues in Nigeria get officially acknowledged, fix being worked on

Out of the many telecom services available in Nigeria, 9Mobile is one of Nigeria’s own telecom companies.

9Mobile has taken a lead role when it comes to providing users rich call quality, proactive customer service, and tons of schemes.

But the mobile network has been witnessing a big hit for a couple of days where a big chunk of the users has been complaining about network issues.

Frustrated users tagged 9Mobile Twitter support to highlight the ongoing issue calls won’t work and the internet is compromised too.

Here’s what the users are going through and it is indeed annoying to get stranded like this.

I can’t make good quality calls,I can’t surf the internet what’s going on

This is an absolute blackout where 9Mobile subscribers can’t even place or receive calls.

In the midst of this, some users have indicated to make a switch to a different network available in the country.

Such critical is the issue that it hasn’t been rectified yet. Users in Nigeria have been affected for hours now.

This was, however, quickly noted and acknowledged by the customer support of 9Mobile and the folks assured that a fix is being worked upon.

But as evident, nothing seems to be working at this moment. The support further is asking users to share their location and number via PM.
