  • This is a text-only tracker that focuses on highlighting the incidents of outage and/ the service in question going down or becoming temporarily dysfunctional for some reason.
  • The outage reports highlighted in this tracker are based on user reports on social media platforms like Twitter & Reddit, along with Downdetector – a platform that monitors real-time problems and outages in popular services.
  • The time of the update is mentioned in IST and is in 24-hour format. Also note, the text updates will show up in ascending order with the latest coming at the bottom.

    Incidents of service outage

    Update 2 [April 5; 12:50]: Service still down (1, 2, 3, 4). Users are frustrated (1, 2) since the latest acknowledgment is from yesterday.

    Update 2 [April 4; 09:57]: Service reportedly (1, 2, 3) down for some.

    03:17 pm (IST): Recent outage is reportedly under investigation.

    Update 1 [January 20; 12:10]: The service is down and not working according to reports on Twitter (1,2) and Downdetector.

    a. [16:30]: The outage has been resolved.
