LinkedIn notifications irrelevant, slow, or missing? You're not alone, fix in the works

LinkedIn is a popular platform professionals use to connect with people and develop their careers. However, like any social media platform, LinkedIn has its fair share of bugs and issues.

If you are facing any difficulties in receiving relevant notifications, then you are not alone.

Multiple LinkedIn users (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) are facing an issue where they keep on getting irrelevant notifications, time and again.

Such frequent and unrelated notifications disrupt one’s workflow and cause frustration and annoyance.

The issue has been persistent for the past few days and those affected have taken to social media to express their concerns.

One of the users says that LinkedIn keeps on advertising a beta of unimportant milestones like anniversaries, work promotions.

Another user alleges that the platform’s notification system has become useless.

Not trying to brag or anything but I just got an email telling me I have 10 new notifications on LinkedIn.

However, LinkedIn users’ problems do not stop here.

Some users(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) also complain that their LinkedIn notifications get delayed or are missing sometimes. Apparently, the content performance and follower count of some are getting affected as well.

A user alleges that notifications on their profile will either not appear or arrive late by an hour or two.

Those affected are now requesting the developers to address both of these issues as soon as possible.

Fortunately, LinkedIn has officially acknowledged this issue and is working on fixing it. Although, no official ETA for the bug fix has been provided.

We hope that LinkedIn resolves these problems shortly.
