Microsoft Outlook has long been one of the most widely used email clients for both personal and professional use.
Despite its popularity, one of its long-standing limitations has been the inability to sync email signatures across multiple devices and platforms.
Microsoft Outlook to soon allow syncing email signatures
This has been a major source of frustration (1,2,3) for users who want to maintain a consistent signature across all their devices and platforms.
Please support setting across multiple devices (signatures, fonts, defaults etc). Many users have multiple devices and need to spend time copying their preferred settings and configurations between devices. Can you make it possible for the setting to sync either via O365 or iCloud?

Is there any way that I can sync my signature on to all of my different devices, so I would be able to have the same signature on my mobile, laptop, tablet, etc?

And it seems Microsoft finally picked up the phone and confirmed that it will be introducing a new feature that will allow users to sync their email signatures across different devices and platforms.
This has been a highly requested feature on the Microsoft feedback portal for a while, and the company has finally decided to take action.
According to the Microsoft 365 roadmap, the signature sync feature is already partially available for desktops, and it is expected to be fully released in April 2023.
This means that those using Outlook on their desktops will be able to take advantage of this feature soon. However, it is still unclear when the feature will be available for other platforms.
The ability to sync email signatures across different devices and platforms is a much-needed feature for several users, especially those who use multiple devices to access their email.
Microsoft has not yet revealed how the signature sync feature will work, but it is likely that it will be integrated into the existing signature settings in Outlook.
Hopefully, it won’t take Microsoft too long to allow Outlook users create and manage their email signatures in one place and have them automatically synced across all their devices and platforms.
