Spectrum TV platform recently received an update. The channel guide is one of the elements modified by the new update, but it seems that things did not go quite well.
Multiple reports indicate that, after the update, the Spectrum TV channel guide is not working, which prevents users from accessing both the DVR content and the channel list (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10).
@Ask_Spectrum Same problem here in NC with your new update. i can’t watch DVR because it won’t let me access the guide. I keep getting error codes and “settings not saving”. Fix it + give an announcement acknowledging the issue. Pay too much for this..

New channel guide sucks
Great work, screwing up the guide. It worked at least 60% of the time. Now after your “upgrade”, not at all. It just loops between the setup because it errors when saving what remote I’ve got. Brilliant!

Some affected users mention a ‘GST 1003’ error message when trying to access the DVR guide.
@Ask_Spectrum Getting a GST1003 error on my DVR here in Central FL. Can’t access the guide or my recorded shows. Is there a known issue?

Fortunately, Spectrum is already aware of the ‘DVR and channel guide’ issue and working on resolving it. However, there is still no ETA for everything to work normally again.
