After recently announcing a string of World Tour dates, TOMORROW X TOGETHER aka TXT is preparing to hit the road in the latter part of the year.

The event titled ‘Act: Sweet Mirage world tour’ will begin on March 25, 2023, and will take place in Asia and the United States. Fans are already very delighted with the news and already buckling up to get tickets for the same.

TXT fans disappointed by Ticketmaster after being waitlisted

However, Ticketmaster being one of the platforms organizing a presale has already disheartened quite a number of people. Apparently, several fans are getting waitlisted by the platform despite being verified fans (1,2,3,4,5).

Even some MOAs (official TXT fan club members) are not receiving the confirmation emails as well as the presale codes (1,2,3,4,5,6). This has left them worried if they’ll ever get one to eventually get their tickets.

where is my email? i signed up for moa member presale and haven’t received any emails stating whether or not i will receive a code, am waitlisted, or did not get verified.

In fact, being a Ticketmaster Verified fan also doesn’t guarantee the tickets as we saw how it follows a lottery system.

Apart from this, an email with the message ‘Your Registration Status Has Changed’ is equally troubling for users. Fans who bought the MOA membership are also getting such emails and it’s causing confusion.

Moreover, there is an official post on Ticketmaster explaining how to get tickets to TOMORROW X TOGETHER US Tour. So, fans can also head to their page in order to get some insights.

We hope that Ticketmaster resolves the issues facing TXT fans (including getting waitlisted or not receiving presale codes) soon.

We’ll keep tabs on the latest developments and update this article as and when something noteworthy comes up.
