With several artists announcing their tours and concerts, it seems that fans and various ticket-selling platforms have also braced themselves for the same.

Likewise, Ticketmaster recently informed Beyhive Verified Fans that they would receive emails including a presale code or waitlist information.

Ticketmaster Verified fan program not working

However, some people who received the emails are now being informed that they are not verified fans. This is creating a lot of confusion among them (1,2,3,4,5,6).

@Ticketmaster I literally received a email that I was a verified fan & now it’s telling me I’m not a verified fan WOW JUST WOW

Fans are rather getting an error message saying ‘The account you’re using is not linked to this Verified Fan sale. To continue, please switch accounts and sign in with the same account used during your Verified Fan registration’.

Moreover, some people (1,2,3,4,5) are also not receiving emails with presale codes or waitlist. This is a possibility that only Group A has had the opportunity to make it to the verified fan program so far.

But Ticketmaster support has stated that anyone who is selected for one presale won’t be able to attend another.

Granted, Ticketmaster uses a lottery method even for verified fans and it was pretty much expected that not everyone will get the tickets, but this verification process has surely left some people upset.

Ticketmaster hasn’t commented anything on the matter where the Verified fan program isn’t working.
