Roku, one of the most popular streaming services, provides the easiest way to stream various media content at an affordable price to its subscribers.
However, we have also seen how certain apps/channels show signs of irregularities and stop working.
Roku channels missing after latest update
Likewise, many Roku users have been reporting an issue where some channels have gone missing or been removed after the latest update.
Bad updates maybe? But I just tried a Software Update in settings and a restart, the Roku Channel is working for me now, but Tubi still missing and won’t open from search result

Same thing with me. Discovery+ has disappeared from all TVs and will not download again. It says ‘go to channel’ but nothing happens when clicked. Thanks.

The affected Roku users say that various channels like Tubi, Discovery Plus, NFL have suddenly gone missing from their Home Screen.
When they try to add a channel back, it appears with a message telling them that they have an active subscription and it’s already installed on the system.
However, they were left confused by it as there is no way to sign into them.
Official acknowledgment
Fortunately, Roku support has acknowledged the issue and said that the team is already working on a fix.

Potential workaround
Moreover, a Community Manager has also provided affected users with a potential workaround. It involves a manual system update.
A user on Twitter also suggests a system restart in case some channels have disappeared from Roku.
I too was having problems with the Tubi app disappearing from my Roku player but I restarted my system and it came right back. If anyone is having the same problem, I suggest a system restart.
