Xero is a popular name when it comes to accounting software. It is used by many vendors for their small and medium businesses.
The accounting software is used on numerous platforms including macOS. However, macOS Big Sur users have been facing some problems with Xero.
According to several reports, Xero pages don’t fully load in Safari on macOS Big Sur. This is inconveniencing users as they are unable to use the cloud-based accounting software properly.
Also, several old reports outline that the platform constantly gives errors which is forcing users to reload the pages.
However, a workaround is available for those facing the issue where Xero pages don’t fully load in Safari on macOS Big Sur.
@Xero why is it near on impossible to alter settings because every time we go in it takes ages to load?

An affected macOS Big Sur user has pointed out that the platform is working properly on other web browsers like Mozilla Firefox.
It must be noted that Xero is not supported on Mozilla Firefox but it appears to be doing the trick for at least one of the affected users.
While this workaround can indeed come in handy, a permanent fix is still required for this issue.
Xero support has acknowledged the problem with Safari on macOS Big Sur where pages don’t fully load.
They outlined that their product teams are constantly working on fixing this issue and some changes have been made to improve the slowness issues on Safari.
It is, however, unclear how long it will take to completely fix the aforementioned problem as no ETA has been provided by Xero support.
Hopefully, Xero fixes this problem soon so that users can use the accounting platform without any hassle.
That said, we will report back with more details as and when new information becomes available so stay tuned.
